Scuba Guam’s own Scuba Beach! This is a fun shallow reef dive or it can be a deep dark dive with a small fishing boat at 60 ft. Metal conex boxes ranging from 90 – 110 ft and a large crane.
Bubble coral can be found at depth near the crane and other wreckage. If you choose to dive the shallow reef be mindful of your fin kicks as to not disturb the sponges or corals. Anemone beds are found in the shallows, where you can find anemonefish and colorful harlequin shrimp. This is a great site for beginner divers and any photographer.
Scuba Beach is accessible via shore. It is a great dive for beginners and is a favourite place for Open Water classes. The entrance slopes to 25 ft with a small reef wall the wraps around the entrance. Straight out from the bend in the reef you can find a metal staircase laying in the sand which is home to schooling blue damsel fish, butterfly fish and the occasional flounder. Keep your eyes open for octopus and nudibranches, they like to blend in.
