San Luis is accessible via shore with access to Naval Base Guam. There are signs on base for San Luis Beach, and once parked there is a pavilion and a set of concrete stairs that allow divers to access the water on the shallow reef rather than walking in from the sandy beach. There are many Elephant Ear sponges dotting the various walls and cliffs that the rocks form. Be mindful of your fin kicks as to not disturb the sponges or corals.
